I see therapy as a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s been leaving you feeling overwhelmed, unhappy, or stuck. With 15 years of experience across multiple levels of mental health care, I have developed an integrative method unique to each individual. Much of my practice is rooted in trauma-informed CBT, incorporating practical DBT skills.
