A powerful part of healing happens through connection. Group therapy offers a supportive space to learn, reflect, and grow alongside others who may be navigating similar challenges. I provide practical tools, meaningful education, and a warm, compassionate environment where self-exploration and lasting change can unfold. The shared experiences, perspectives, and support within the group can offer meaningful insight, connection, and healing, whether as a standalone experience or alongside individual therapy.

Anxiety can feel like living in a constant state of “on” complete with racing thoughts, overthinking, physical tension, difficulty slowing down, and always anticipating what might go wrong. Over time, anxiety can shape how we think, how we relate to others, and how we move through the world.
Cultivating Calm is an 8-week virtual skills-based group designed to help you better understand your anxiety, build practical coping tools, and create a steadier, more grounded relationship with yourself.
Together, we’ll explore:
• Understanding anxiety, triggers, and warning signs
• Nervous system regulation and grounding skills
• CBT tools for anxious thoughts and thinking traps
• Boundaries, people-pleasing, and patterns that fuel anxiety
• Lifestyle habits that support emotional regulation
• Avoidance cycles and how to take meaningful steps forward
• Building self-trust, confidence, and resilience
• Relapse prevention and creating your personal anxiety toolkit
This group combines practical strategies from CBT and DBT with a trauma-informed, compassionate approach to help you move from survival mode toward greater calm, clarity, and confidence.
This group is ideal for adults who struggle with chronic worry, overwhelm, perfectionism, overthinking, or feeling stuck in patterns of anxiety and avoidance—and are ready for deeper support and lasting change.
